Nigeria, Africa’s largest oil producer, possesses vast petrochemical storage facilities. However, the local tropical marine climate—characterized by high heat, humidity, and salt雾—accelerates the corrosion of storage tanks at an alarming rate.

The XBR2 is a heavy-duty robot specifically designed for industrial inspection and cleaning. Its core advantage lies in Jingtao Energy’s proprietary Permanent Magnet Adsorption Technology. By utilizing a high-energy-density permanent magnet array, the robot generates a stable and powerful adsorption force on vertical metal surfaces. 3. Delivery & Packaging: Rigorous Standards in Dongying

Anti-Collision & Wrapping: Our personnel carefully wrapped the robot body with multiple layers of industrial stretch film and anti-collision foam. This prevents scratches and absorbs shock during transit.
Moisture Protection: Given Nigeria’s high humidity, we placed a sufficient amount of desiccant inside the crate and vacuum-sealed the core electronic control unit to prevent moisture damage.
Heavy-Duty Wooden Case: The XBR2, known for its robust build, was placed in a fully enclosed fumigation wooden box. Heavy-duty pallets were installed at the bottom, and steel straps were used to reinforce the crate, ensuring stability during forklift handling.

Smooth Logistics & Deployment
